At All Round Fitness, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and reliable as possible β from placing your order to receiving your gear and beyond.
π Delivery Information
We currently deliver to addresses within mainland UK only.
Please note that we do not deliver to:
- Northern Ireland
- The Scottish Highlands
- The Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
- Other offshore UK locations
We are working to expand our delivery zones in the future.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Extended Delivery Items
Some products β particularly large, specialist, or imported items β may take 10β30 business days to arrive.
These items are clearly marked on the product page and shipped directly into the UK from our verified international partners.
There are no additional customs or import charges for UK customers.

As soon as your order ships, youβll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
You can use this link to monitor your delivery and estimated arrival time.
If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels depending on stock and warehouse location.

β οΈΒ Delivery Exceptions
Some oversized, heavy, or palletised deliveries may require kerbside drop-off or special arrangements.
Our team will contact you in advance if this applies to your order.
Occasionally, delays may occur due to courier backlogs, weather, or supplier lead times.
Weβll notify you promptly if your delivery is affected.
πͺ Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier may:
- Attempt a redelivery, or
- Leave the parcel in a safe location (if authorised), or
- Drop it at a local collection point.
Please check your courierβs tracking page or delivery card for redelivery instructions.
π Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase. If something isnβt right, weβre here to help.
Return Period
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required (your order confirmation email is sufficient).
- Some items (e.g., hygiene-sensitive goods, customised products) may be excluded from returns β see individual product pages for details.
How to Start a Return

or use our Contact Us page. - Include your order number and reason for return.
- Weβll reply with return instructions and the return address.
We typically respond to all emails within 48 hours (MondayβFriday).
Please note: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customerβs responsibility.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, weβll process your refund within 5β7 working days. Refunds are made to your original payment method.
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
