At All Round Fitness, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and reliable as possible — from placing your order to receiving your gear and beyond.


🏠 Delivery Information

We currently deliver to addresses within mainland UK only.

Please note that we do not deliver to:

  • Northern Ireland
  • The Scottish Highlands
  • The Channel Islands
  • Isle of Man
  • Other offshore UK locations

We are working to expand our delivery zones in the future.


⏱️ Delivery Timeframes

We offer a range of delivery options depending on the product and warehouse location.

Standard UK Delivery: 3–5 working days

Extended UK Delivery: 6–10 working days

Some products — particularly large, specialist, or internationally fulfilled items — may take approximately 10–15 working days to arrive.

Where extended delivery applies, this will always be clearly stated on the product page before purchase.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).


📦 Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
You can use this link to monitor your delivery and estimated arrival time.

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate parcels depending on stock and warehouse location.
You’ll receive separate tracking details for each shipment.


⚠️ Delivery Exceptions

Some oversized, heavy, or palletised deliveries may require kerbside drop-off or special arrangements.
Our team will contact you in advance if this applies to your order.

Occasionally, delays may occur due to courier backlogs, weather, or supplier lead times.
We’ll notify you promptly if your delivery is affected.


🚪 Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier may:

  • Attempt a redelivery, or
  • Leave the parcel in a safe location (if authorised), or
  • Drop it at a local collection point.

Please check your courier’s tracking page or delivery card for redelivery instructions.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Period

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase is required (your order confirmation email is sufficient).
  • Some items (e.g., hygiene-sensitive goods, customised products) may be excluded from returns — see individual product pages for details.

How to Start a Return

  • Contact our team via returns@allroundfitness.store
    or use our Contact Us page.
  • Include your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll reply with return instructions, including the appropriate return address based on the product and supplier location.

We typically respond to all emails within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).

Please note: Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 working days. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
