Refund policy

At All Round Fitness, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be requested by email before sending any items back. Items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

We will confirm return instructions, including the correct return address. If your return is accepted, we will provide either a prepaid return label or instructions for arranging your own return postage (depending on the item and reason for return).

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please check your order carefully upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customisation reasons. This includes:

Perishable goods (such as food or nutritional supplements).

Personal care and hygiene products.

Custom-made or personalised items.

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable. If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before purchase or return.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest option is to request a return and then place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we confirmed your refund, please contact us at info@allroundfitness.store.

EU Customers – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without providing a justification. Items must still be returned in unused, original condition with packaging and proof of purchase.
