At All Round Fitness, your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
🔄 Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To start the process, please contact our team first at

Once your return is authorised, we’ll provide you with full instructions and the return address.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as this may delay your refund.
📦 Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email) is required.
- Returns must be received in re-saleable condition.
- Some products may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g. mats, wearables, or customised goods). Please refer to the product page for specific exclusions.
💰 Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method only.
We’ll notify you by email once your refund has been completed.
Please note:
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
