Shipping policy
Welcome to All Round Fitness. This page explains how we process and deliver orders across the United Kingdom.
Processing Times
Order handling time is 0–1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed before 2:00 pm are usually dispatched the same business day, while those placed after 2:00 pm are shipped the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email and a dispatch email with tracking details where available.
UK Delivery Options & Rates
Final shipping rates are confirmed at checkout.
Standard delivery takes 2–4 working days and costs £3.95, with free delivery available on orders over £50. Carriers include Royal Mail 48, Evri, or DPD depending on parcel size and weight.
Express delivery takes 1–2 working days at £6.95 and is handled by Royal Mail 24 or DPD.
Next Working Day delivery costs £8.95 and is available on orders placed by 2:00 pm. Orders placed after this time will ship the next working day. Working days are Monday–Friday. Weekend delivery is not guaranteed unless stated at checkout.
Regions & Surcharges
We deliver across the UK. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland may take longer. Large or heavy items may also incur a surcharge, which is shown at checkout.
Large & Heavy Items
Large or heavy products, such as gym equipment, may be shipped by courier or pallet network. Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days. Standard delivery is kerbside only; room-of-choice delivery or assembly services are not included unless purchased separately. Couriers may contact you to arrange a delivery window, so please provide a valid phone number at checkout.
Tracking & Delivery
Most orders include tracking, which will be sent in your dispatch email. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave your parcel with a neighbour, in a safe place, or take it to a local depot for collection.
If a parcel is undeliverable or returned to us (for example, due to an incorrect address or not being collected), we can reship the item once received back. Re-delivery charges may apply.
Address Changes
We can only update delivery addresses before an order is dispatched. Once dispatched, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Damaged, Missing or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please refuse delivery where possible or notify us within 48 hours. Photographs of the packaging, shipping label, and item are required.
Missing or undelivered parcels must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date so that we can investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund according to your preference.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
Items marked as Pre-Order or Backorder will display an estimated shipping date on the product page and at checkout. Orders will ship when all items are in stock. Split shipments may incur additional postage unless otherwise stated.
PO Boxes & Safe-Place Requests
Couriers cannot deliver large or heavy parcels to PO Boxes. If you request delivery to a safe place, this is done at your own risk.
International Shipping
