What is All Round Fitness?
All Round Fitness is a UK-based sports, fitness, and wellness retailer.
We curate high-quality products across strength training, cardio, functional fitness, recovery & wellness, mobility, kids’ active play, and outdoor & adventure gear — because fitness and health come in many forms.
Do you have a physical store?
No — we’re an online-only retailer.
This allows us to offer a broader range of products, fast delivery, and competitive pricing nationwide.
Where are you based?
We’re based in the United Kingdom and deliver through trusted UK fulfilment partners and approved international suppliers shipping directly into the UK.
📦 Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most UK orders arrive within 2–3 working days.
Larger or specialist items can take up to 10 working days depending on supplier stock and courier schedules.
Some extended-delivery items (shipped into the UK from overseas suppliers) may take 10–30 business days — this will always be noted on the product page.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to mainland UK only.
We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, the Channel Islands, or other offshore UK locations at this time.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order ships, including a tracking link (where available).
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at orders@allroundfitness.store.
We can amend or cancel an order only before dispatch.
How much is shipping?
Many items include free UK delivery.
Heavier or oversized items may have a small delivery fee — this is clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return period?
You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
How do I start a return?
Email returns@allroundfitness.store (or use our Contact Us page) with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll respond with return instructions and the correct return address.
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos and your order number.
We’ll quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay — all processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout.

Most products come with a manufacturer’s warranty (see each product page for details).

Are your products safety-tested?
Absolutely. We work only with reputable suppliers who meet UK safety and quality standards.
