At All Round Fitness, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and efficiently. Whether it’s home gym equipment, recovery gear, or outdoor fitness products, we work with trusted UK couriers to ensure your items arrive on time and in excellent condition.
🚚 Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to addresses within mainland UK only.
Please note that we do not deliver to:
- Northern Ireland
- The Scottish Highlands
- The Channel Islands
- Isle of Man
- Other offshore UK locations
We’re working to expand our delivery zones in the near future.
⏱️ Delivery Timeframes
Standard UK Delivery
Most items are delivered within 2–3 working days once dispatched.
Priority & Express Delivery
Faster delivery options are available on selected items:
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (£4.99)
- Priority Delivery: 3–5 business days (Free)
- Standard Delivery: 6–10 business days (Free)
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
📦 Extended Delivery Items
Some of our products are fulfilled by approved international suppliers who ship directly into the UK.
These items are clearly marked on their product pages and may take 10–30 business days for delivery.
All prices displayed on our store include any applicable shipping and import charges — there are no additional customs or VAT fees for UK customers.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
You can use this link to monitor your parcel’s journey and estimated arrival time.
🧾 Multiple Shipments
If your order contains several items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock locations and warehouse partners. You will receive separate tracking information for each parcel.
🚪 Missed Deliveries
If no one is available to receive your parcel, the courier may:
- Attempt redelivery on the next working day
- Leave your parcel in a safe location (if authorised), or
- Drop it at a local collection point
Please check your courier’s tracking page or delivery card for redelivery instructions.
💳 Shipping Costs
We strive to keep our delivery rates fair and transparent.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and destination.
You’ll always see the final delivery cost before confirming your purchase.
⚠️ Delivery Exceptions
Occasionally, courier or supplier delays may occur due to weather, seasonal demand, or other unforeseen circumstances. We’ll notify you promptly if your order is affected.
Some large or palletised items may require kerbside delivery or special handling.
Our team will contact you beforehand if this applies to your order.
